Apartamento novo, bem espaçoso. O banheiro da suíte poderia ser um pouco maior, mas não chega a ser um problema, recomendo o lugar.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is close to the center. Nearby, you have a grocery store and nice restaurants.
Only minor issues: in the bathroom it would be good to have a shower head holder

The home is big , clean and spacious. Really good light and views. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well furnished with new fittings. The balcony was nice having views of both sides. Its well stocked and equipped to make coffee and a bit of cooking. The staff (Tomas) communicated well and were helpful with whatever we needed. They even gave us 2 sets of keys. The location is very convenient, safe and 5mins to the train station. Close to rentals, marina port and the city center. Would definitely recommend to choose them.
There was no soap to wash dishes or refill of coffee, we stayed for 3 days.

The location was fantastic and plenty of space.
The apartment needed a big big clean. The floors were very dirty. The bathrooms lacked the cleanliness the most particularly the toilet brushes which looked like they hadn’t been replaced for a long time. The shower holder in the en suite was broken. The sink plug in the en suite broke during our stay but no one came to fix it after I raised it with the host. The drainage is a big problem as we couldn’t shower for more than a couple minutes before the shower tray overflowed. There was an issue with the toilet flush in the main bathroom so couldn’t flush the toilet regularly. Don’t use the oven as this will sort the circuit and you will have a black out in the apartment.
