Greenviews Resort & Restaurant Port Barton

The huts were clean and quiet. The only noise we heard during the night was from mangoes falling on our roof. The staff were fantastic and treated my 86-year-old mother-in-law with great respect. Activities were easily arranged through Brian. A highlight was island hopping on Brian's cousin's boat. We were also able to arrange transportation to and from Puerto Princesa, a tour to the subterranean river, and a final shopping stop before our flight. The location is on the edge of town, but town was easily accessible by walking along the beach. The resort was quiet, and it was nice to sit by the water. Meals were great, and the dinners by the beach were fantastic. For one meal, Brian and Angie took us to the seafood market and we selected what to cook for dinner. Angie is a great cook! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and highly recommend a stay.

At the time of visit, Port Barton was rationing power. The resort had a generator that kicked in for a while when the power was off in town but the wifi would also be knocked down. This is no fault of the resort and was not unique to the resort, but people should know what to expect if fuel rationing continues.

Cette institution en bout de plage, un des premiers hôtels de Port Barton avec son jardin et son bungalow numéro 1 face à la mer! Nous y étions pour une semaine et nous avons été la plupart du temps tout seuls

Peut-être le fait que ce super endroit se repose un peu sur ces acquis et sa réputation… pas de petits gestes sympas, demander pour que l’on nous nettoie une fois la chambre sur la semaine, il pleut vraiment énormément, on ne nous demande pas si nous avons besoin de quoi que ce soit…on a ressenti que c’était une période creuse…
