Apartment was at good location, near metro/bus station to centre,same as conad (shop), the flat was cleen and cosy for us.

Ci sono a disposizione caffettiera, macchina per il caffè e bollitore. Il wifi è molto veloce. La posizione è comoda, con servizi a portata di mano e supermercato sotto casa. Metro S.Paolo a 10 minuti in pieno.
La climatizzazione, un solo split in soggiorno non è sufficiente per rinfrescare l'appartamento L'ingresso alla doccia, un po' alto, non è agevole. Manca un microonde.

Apartment was well equipped with towels, kitchen and bathroom accessories.
The 7th floor apartment is accessed through 3 locking doors requiring a Smartphone App that was VERY FRUSTRATING!! The property manger was NOT HELPFUL and they WERE RUDE when I experienced problems. Use of keys to bypass the App was indicated, but not delivered. The STRESS of using the fickle App to enter the locked building tainted the overall experience.

Quando siamo arrivati il divano letto non era sistemato, abbiamo dovuto farlo noi e aprendolo abbiamo anche trovato tanti capelli e strane macchie. Anche gli asciugamani “impacchettati” erano in queste condizioni. In generale anche agli utensili da cucina era stata fatta una pulizia molto approssimativa. La carta igienica era tutta impolverata lateralmente.
