Good location at the price of mold and stuffiness

Location is really good, everything is close as a tourist. Relatively comfortable beds. Music outside from street musicians brought a nice ambiance in the afternoon. Working smart tv and good wifi connection.

A LOT was wrong with the apartment. Most importantly, there was mold in the fridge, the shower and likely walls and roof. You could smell the mold the second you walked in, and the issue has not been fixed even though many other reviews complain about mold and were told it was a fixed issue. The air in the apartment is really stuffy and heavy with only ONE window to ventilate so I wouldn't recommend for asthmatics etc. Lots of old water damage on the roof likely turned into mold on the other side. the roof in the bathroom was really dirty too. Adding on to the bathroom many silverfish walking on the floor and even one on the bed. Furthermore, the place is advertised as "child friendly" however there were broken floor tiles in the kitchen that were sharp and would easily hurt someone who wasnt aware or careful (plus all the other conditions also are not healthy for a growing child). None of the doors close except for the main door, and the furniture in the bedroom falls apart when trying to use it making it unusable. The lighting is terrible, you need the day light to do more meticulous things (reading or make up), also half of the lightbulbs did not work. Personally the water in the apartment had a really bad taste however when we tried tap water in other places ot tasted fine, I'm assuming pipes might be dirty or badly maintained. Since the apartment is in the middle of the old town theres lots of noise right outside until about 5 am that affects the livingroom bed, which is nothing the owner can so about but if you cannot sleep with noise you might wanna rethink. The only goodside to the apartment would be its location as everything was pretty close to it however in really bad and unhealthy conditions.

Dirty place

Good location, apartment itself is nice but...

...It was so dirty. There was even food in the microwawe, not sure for how long. The owner is not respecting their guests to let them in into a dirty apartment! Towels smells, not changed bed linen. Everything said in previous comments is 150% true. For the owner: even that the price is lower than other apartments in the area, it doesnt mean you can rent the apartment the way you do, really unrespectful!

Stay away

Nothing decent. The place was filthy. We arrived at midnight, with 2 kids, we had to find another place to stay because this place it was not fit for humans

The place was dirty. Bathroom not usable. Soiled and rusty. Bedroom without bedshits actually with used bedsheets smelly a month old. Little bugs, hair and soil on the bed... microwave sorry and rusty inside and outside. Table was with spots and dusty.

It is in the perfect location. All bars, clubs are there. Perfect location to have fun in the city. Also lots of museums around, sightseeing. The apartment is big, spacious, with big windows to the Main Street. Tv was working good as wi-fi. It was cold, but we turn on the heating as it is electric, so it was very good.

It was very dirty. Apartment is in bad condition.
