The apartment is roughly 10 mins walking distance from the old town (Viru gate) and next to Rotermann city. There is a small mall (Postimaja) with a supermarket close by and a great bakery called Boulangerie next to the entrance building which is definitely worth a visit (the pistachio rolls are to die for and we considered this bakery better than Rost). The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable and also had first aid kit, vacuum and other cleaning supplies. Definitely good value for money and I would recommend booking it.
We were here for the Iroman event and there is enough space for the bike as well as a bike repair shop just 5 mins walk from the apartment. Also there is a bus nearby which takes you to Unibet Arena and back.
The kitchen had the necessary pots and pans and cutlery but was missing some paper towels, olive oil, extra hand towel and most importantly it did not have a proper cutting board (it had a small plastic one which was very worn out). Some extra toilet rolls would also be appreciated since there were only 2 or 3 extra which for long stays are not enough . Part of the living room floor parquet was detached but it did not significantly affect our stay.

Bathroom was great. Good size walk in shower (by Europe standards). Building and apartment was modern with elevator to floor it was on. Wifi worked very well. Nicely decorated. Lighting was good. Location was absolutely ideal!!! 10 minute walk to Old Town area, ferry from Helsinki (where we came from) and a tram/bus stop a short distance walk. Loved having a washer and the foldable close rack dried our clothes (dry fit) well and then we could pack it away.
Pillows were basic, space to get around the bed in the bedroom area was narrow. Wasn't actually a "bed room" but a bed area behind the kitchen 95% wall. Kitchen lacked enough silverware (example, only 2 forks) and there was not a spatula and couldn't find where to buy one in town. Only 2 bath towels - that works, but would be nice to have 2 more to switch out while laundering the others.

Parkett ist total kaputt und hochgewölbt.... sehr nervig. Esstisch ebenfalls kaputt. Ich vermute Wasserschaden

Apartment was quite new with modern finish, with most home appliances needed. Peaceful location and near harbour and old town.
Kitchen did not have microwave oven, which was very disapponting. Also the apartment had only one window, so it was VERY hot because you can't get any crosswind and it did not have an aircondition! It was too hot to sleep. Somekind of fan would have been necessary at least.
