L'appartement était spacieux et bien équipé, à environ 350 mètres du centre-ville et de la plage, avec un garage spécifique. Il nous a bien convenu. Mais par certains aspects il pourrait ne pas plaire à d'autres personnes. La climatisation était très appréciée et la machine à laver également.
La communication avec les hôtes avant notre arrivée n'a pas été simple. Nous n'avons jamais reçu de réponses à nos messages. Par contre, nous avons reçu en double voire triple exemplaire les instructions pour l'arrivée et le départ. Le Wifi qui était donné pour un des atouts de l'appartement, n'était pas disponible. A l'arrivée nous n'avons pu ouvrir la grille pour accéder au garage. Il a fallu attendre plus de 48 heures pour que la grille soit réparée, la grille étant restée ouverte pendant ce temps.
L'appartement était un peu bizarre, tout en longueur et toutes les fenêtres étaient à au moins 2 mètres de hauteur, donc aucune vue sur l'extérieur. L'appartement est situé près du chemin de fer, et nous entendions les trains, mais cela ne nous a pas gênés.

Es un departamento lindo y bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del centro y del mar. Hay supermercado cerca. Tiene cocina y lavarropas. La cama es cómoda y amplia. El personal es amable y responde a tiempo. Tuve una buena estadía.
Sin embargo, fue muy complejo subir el auto al estacionamiento. Tiene que ser un auto chico. Y el control del portón no funcionaba. El portón cierra solo luego de pocos minutos.
Faltó bandeja de horno para que pueda usarlo y las cápsulas de café no eran del tamaño de la cafetera.

Cercanía al centro y tiene parking . Apartamento completo .
La calidad precio es un poco cara .
El tren pasa justo por detrás de la casa y se escucha bastante ademas de sentirlo.
Es un bajo y no puedes abrir las ventanas porque la gente pasa por la puerta.
La ventana de la habitación cae en cuesta y la gente podría entrar directamente agachándose.

The location of the apartment, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Good to have a washing machine.
NO WiFi, NO Internet -The listing states 'Free Wifi' but when you check in, you receive an email stating there is no WiFi in the building. I asked the owner, first they claimed they never said 'free Wifi', then they told me to buy an eSim if I wanted internet (at my cost). It's a ground floor / basement apartment so you get virtually no reception on your phone anyway, so again no Internet.
Noise - the front door opens onto a road, ground level, so you get a lot of noise from passing traffic. Plus there is a train line at the back so you get noise from there too. Sounded like thunder to my kids.
Strange layout - you get a kitchen / diner at ground level. The kitchen is well appointed but the room is fairly noisy as passing traffic all day. In the basement is a sofa bed, it's underground so no windows, felt damp. There was a tv, but not attached to the wall, on the floor/ disconnected. The sofa bed was not very comfy, needs a better mattress. The main bedroom is slightly raised up from the kitchen - this room was the best room.
Windows - it's on the ground floor / basement so the windows open to the street level, there are no views. The basement has no windows, the main bedroom open to the car park ramp at ground level. There are no balconies / no outside space so nowhere to dry wet clothes
Bathroom - very small, no windows, limited ventilation.
Car park - great to have but very difficult to access, very narrow steep ramp up then 90 degree turn into a tiny courtyard with very small garages. Even harder to get out. Ok for small car.
Overall - fine as a base to sleep / shower especially for a couple only using the top bedroom. But not a relaxing space for a family to spend time in. We wouldn't stay again.
