Le logement est bien équipé avec une cuisine fonctionnelle et un lit double confortable. Il faut récupérer les clés du logement à la réception d'un hôtel et tout s'est déroulé facilement. Le logement est proche d'un métro et juste en face de la tour Montparnasse.
Le canapé-lit est vraiment très inconfortable (c'est dommage car il y avait une mezzanine avec un lit double, mais inaccessible à cause de l'échelle cassée). Les rideaux occultants ne sont vraiment pas assez grands pour remplir entièrement leur rôle.

Localização estratégica, muito perto da estação de comboio e metro, supermercados, ruas com restaurantes ao longo da Avenida du Maine. Muito silencioso , limpo , com boas e várias toalhas (melhores que em alguns hóteis!), wc espaçoso e cama muito confortável. A cozinha dispunha de tudo o que precisávamos. As janelas são opacas por estarem viradas para um pátio do condomínio no rés-do-chão, o que permitiu manter o estúdio fresco mesmo em dias de maior calor. A ventoinha também foi útil para o efeito. Os host foram prestáveis e facilmente contactáveis por whatsapp. Escolheria novamente!
A entrega das chaves foi realizada num outro hotel. Embora não muito longe, poderá ser mais chato para quem chega de noite. Sugeria a inserção de um cofre de código, à porta do estúdio de modo a serem fornecidas as chaves à chegada. O escritório do Studio Prestige localizava-se a 20min de metro do local pelo que não era prático guardar as malas aquando do check out - acabamos por guardá-las num cacifo da estação até à nossa de embarque (no entanto se para você não for incómodo fazer as viagens de metro para as guardar, os hosts disponibilizavam-se para tal!)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was located in a very convenient location, close to the metro and many excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased that we chose to stay there.

Logement propre. Bien agencé. Bien situé.
Chauffage défectueux, j'ai eu froid. Chaînes télé françaises pas programmées, un guide en français pour fonctionnement de la télé serait appréciable. Récupération et rendu des clés à distance du gîte.
