Great location and view from balcony. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Welsh cakes and milk were appreciated.
We didn't realise that it was so many steps to get to the property. This would would have been a problem for someone with mobility issues.

Location was absolutely perfect, great view and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Saundersfoot in general is lovely but also a great base to explore the wider area. The place was lovely and clean, the owners left milk and biscuits so we could have a cuppa on arrival, and they were very fast to respond. Nice to have a secure place to park as well.
A bit tight and it's up a long flight of stairs, but I was aware of this when booking.

The bed was good, the flat was small but ok for 2 of us. Equipment was adequate and ok for breakfast, the fridge was good and there were enough utensils for our needs.
There was no mention in the advert that you were actually in a block of flats and you were on the 4th floor with close to 60 steps. I have a health condition and the stairs were totally unsuitable and caused me to have leg pains. The flat was small, not really big enough for more than two. The second bedroom was tiny with no natural light, the bathroom had a good shower but the bathroom was just to small. We didn't use the television much as it was too high up.
We did use the balcony on the first morning until we saw how dirty it was, cobwebs everywhere, dead flies and spider everywhere.
