Staff was great, Staci, Tom, Tanne, and others were all super helpful!
Neighborhood had construction in progress that made it difficult to walk down the sidewalk. Hopefully a temporary condition.

The staff was absolutely fantastic very helpful with finding out what to do, service was greay at breakfast.
Tom, Nathan and Tracy was helping every step of the way to give with service to the pool and just generall hospitality. 10/10

The hotel and rooms are all beautiful and as pictued. The plants made us feel like we were staying in the jungle rather than a city which we loved. The location is quiet and awy from the histle and bustle of the city centre. It's a walkable distrance to local cafes, the beach and some spas. We were happy to catch a grab into the city centre when needed but it's also a longer but nice walk to the river/dragon bridge area. The staff were all friednly and helpful going above and beyond during our stay to greet us each time we returned to the hotel, provide recommendations when asked and offer support if ever needed. There are bikes available to use if you'd like to cycle around. The bed was extremely comfortable, the best during our trip around Vietnam. It was supportive but with a soft pillow top so very comortable, as were the cushions. The air conditioning worked really well too. The breakfast was nice and the staff offered to make us things that weren't on the menu if we provided notice. The customer service was brilliant and really made our stay.
Something small was there are no sheet blinds/curtains and with such big beautiful windows we needed to completely close the blinds if we were changing or using the bathroom at all.
