I enjoyed my stay at Raddison very much, but I wish the staff spoke more English. Especially the restaurant and spa staff. They need to speak and understand better English. Otherwise I will recommend Raddison to others.

We loved the rooftop pool & bar. The facilities & staff were amazing! We particularly enjoyed the friendly & professional service from Son. He was a total delight. We were also impressed with the excellent front desk service from Andy.
We didn't like that people smoked on the rooftop. They stayed at one end of the rooftop, but the breeze constantly blew in on everyone. Maybe they should close the door in full to separate them.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. I didn't eat much at the hotel but drinks in the pool bar were really nice.
Although it has an amazing location facing the beach, it's really noisy. They have beach clubs so you can hear the sound late.So if you don't like that, is probably not the best to select. I also had realty loud neighbours and could hear them. I was moved 3 times to deal with the sound, which the staff were really great about.
Also the pool looks amazing but it's way too small for the size of the hotel and pretty noisy with kids and music. So not really relaxing
