Lots of room for 8 guests. Ample free car parking. Quiet location. Excellent wi-fi. Big kitchen which was well equipped. Very reasonably priced.
The shower doesn’t work well. Not enough hot water. The online check in is too complicated.

We appreciated the laundry facilities. Well appointed, and comfortable. A short walk to shops. A good base to explore around Inverness and attractions. A bit further out than we expected from Inverness, but wasn't a biggie. Shower didn't have great pressure but in the great scheme not a huge issue.
Shower lack of water pressure.

The house was sufficient for our party, the kitchen area was very well equipped
The shower was awfull, kept going hot and then cold, looks like it needed replacing.
Also in the hallway the electrics were an eyesore preferably need boxing in.
There was a terrible smell/odour constantly in the house which we think may have been coming from the food premises next door.

Close to shops
Back garden isn’t private you can’t actually sit out or enjoy the evening in the back bit.
Water in both sinks downstairs runs cold
The shower is cold and the pressure very slow
The lamp shades don’t work plugs are broken
Some switches also don’t work
Also needs modernized
