Appartement tout confort, propreté à souligner et confort général très bien. La climatisation dans les locaux avaient l’avantage d’être silencieux. L’équipement est suffisant dans l’ensemble bien, notamment la salle de bains (douche) mais un peu limite au niveau cuisine (appareil électrique pour le café, ustensiles de cuisine ne favorisent de cuisiner dans l’appartement, …). Nous avons apprécié d’avoir de l’eau au frigo à notre arrivée.
Les explications pour « trouver « les clefs étaient compliquées. Il était tard après un voyage en avion. On s’embrouille avec tous ces codes préalables et la multitude de mails avant, pendant et même après de booking.com ou de Vikey. A force de vouloir bien faire, vous compliquez les choses. Après pas mal de difficultés pour obtenir les 3 clefs, on a du comprendre que pour l’entrée principale, il fallait mettre la clef à l’envers … par chance, on a eu de l’aide d’un résident compréhensif ! Que dire des démarches compliquées pour s’inscrire, payer, valider les « invités « et recommencer à nouveau pour valider les frais de séjours … pourquoi faire compliqué quand on peut faire simple. Merci d’en tenir compte.

Everything about the facility was great.
Location was superb.
The staff were helpful during check-in. Apartment was clean n comfy. Location was great as it was close to public transport, supermarket, bars restaurant n more.
My family was happy.
