Location was amazing for everything in Rotorua area. Kitchen was very clean and well organized, making it easy to not have to eat out for every meal. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to end everyday. Kids loved the toys provided.

The 2nd couple stayed in the sleepout as required a 2nd toilet.I had imagined that to be inside.
We are elderly couples and so a handrail would have been helpful.

I love the spa-it’s on an open playground where I can lie down and enjoy the sparkling stars in the sky. The location is alright
The wifi pretty slow and keep cutting out. The kitchen doesn’t have a pot large enough to cook for 6 people
