The house was perfect for our gathering of family and friends to celebrate an 80th birthday. The house is very well equipped and has all you need - from the cinema and games rooms to a comfy lounge and large dining room. There is a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery and with two dishwashers you always have enough to cope and some left in reserve.
The beach and promenade is just across the road and makes for a pleasant walk to the busier areas of Morecambe.
The information pack we received with all the property details was exceptional.
There wasn't anything to dislike about Eden Bay Retreat.

Overall, the place of stay was great because of its location, facilities, and space. We were alongside the Morecombe Bay and it was a beautiful view from the home. There was also a walking trail which we made use of in the mornings! The space was great for our family of 20! We all had a great time!

The house is absolutely amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. We booked this for the bank holiday weekend & we’re sooo glad we did as we had a group of 20.
The house spans over 5 floors so be prepared for exercise! The house has everything you need and more, everything has been thought-out really well, the kitchen is extremely well equipped especially with 2 dishwashers, plenty of storage, large fridge & freezers, ideal for large groups. The views across the bays are beautiful viewable from most rooms. The kids spent most of their time in the games and cinema rooms which are in the basement and out the way !! You cannot put a price on having children with you but out of sight out of mind allowing the adults to relax on the higher floors. The owners have done a fabulous job on this property and have raised the bar on our expectation for our next weekend away.
The consensus between the adults & kids is we would love to visit again.
