There were many positives such as convenient location right next to the Grocery Store and Queen Victoria Markets. Good value stay, for an apartment with many amenities. The pool, gym, spa, sauna rooms are great assets! Airconditioning worked well and TV had a range of channels. We really found the apartment itself a good place to stay. The Hotel itself does have reception and even though the reception/admin area isn't affiliated to the owners of this apartment in any way, a hotel having a reception desk does make it feel like a safe place to stay regardless- so I thought it was worth mentioning.

The bathroom amenities were not replenished, and the basin hand wash wasn't empty but watered down (It seemed like just water) so we had to purchase our own soap for hands and bodywash. We couldn't access Netflix. It seemed to be glitched on someone else's account and struggle to sign them out/let us sign in. So, we used the regular TV channels instead which were plentiful. The biggest issue we had was getting the keys. Our earlier check-in request wasn't directly confirmed or denied so we sent another check in request reminder in booking.com. Half an hour later we arrived in the city with no response, so we called to confirm whether the keys were actually available for us. Unfortunately, the number we were provided on all our booking details was incorrect. So we received misinformation using the contact number provided. They advised us that we wouldn't be able to check-in until later in the afternoon and advised us of a different pickup location for the keys on the other side of the city. We sent another message on booking.com to confirm, due to the mixed information. Long story short, we ended up biding time and then crossing the city with heavy luggage multiple times in the rain until we finally got checked in. Water saturated the clothes in one suitcase. If we stayed here again, I'm sure it would go much smoother because we would know not to contact the number provided and that booking.com is relatively unresponsive. Once you get the keys a contact number for the actual admin are on the keys and listed inside the apartment. I assume it is for privacy, but it made a right mess of things on day 1. The only time we needed to contact them was for Key collection. I've explained it in depth here in hopes the next person can have a smooth stay, because we really would have loved the place if it weren't for all that.

Location, facilities and cleanliness of the room.

the bathroom needs a little more scrub as the grouts of the shower is moldy and the amenities such as shower gel, shampoo and body wash wasn’t refilled. Its not much of a big deal but thus could’ve been kept maintained and replenished before guests arrived.

No soap in shower or at the basin….just water…. A TV that you can’t cast/ stream these days is too old.
