O acesso ao apartamento não foi prático. De forma a facilitar a entrada no prédio, penso que seria mais prático o proprietário abrir a porta do prédio ou então entregar a chave do mesmo em mãos aos hóspedes.

Perfect for who wants to save money with respect to other locations more closer to Lisbon.
House with all amenities, including where to dry your clothes, a very comfortable bathroom and a very nice view from the forth floor.
Host was available promptly when we needed support from them.
Very close to a supermarket and to the tram/buses to reach anywhere in Lisbon by walk. No need of any car.
Check-in was very speedy and easy, even for very late hours.
The position of Almada is very uncomfortable to reach Lisbon as you can't walk on the red bridge. Therefore you need three 'navegante' cards, one for Lisbon, one for the ferry, one for the tram from Almada. In the end, you spend 60+ euros per week only to reach Lisbon, making this house more expensive than others closer to the city.
Check-in requires a registration requiring non-mandatory information for the stay.
Amenities are very old, in some parts damaged (kitchen), it requires some fresh new touch.
You are located in the forth floor without a lift, it is hard when you have a 20kg luggage.
Apartment is very noisy, due to the traffic you have in front of the house.
