We booked the B&B of Francesca as one of our stays during a 10 day trip in Puglia. But it was easily the best place we stayed at during our whole trip.
The host herself is a super helpful woman and easy to talk to. She has 2 super friendly dogs (she’ll gladly keep them inside, with airconditioning, if you don’t like dogs) and an old cat.
The breakfast was really really good too, you get the option to choose what you want to try for breakfast and at what time. There is a pool, which was also a big positive.
But the most amazing part was the room and the location. The rooms were spotless, a mini bar filled, everything could be locked and everything was so well thought off, every little corner was used in the smartest way.
We immediately said to each other that we would 100% come back to Il Trullino whenever we are visiting Puglia again. It is simply a must during your travel in Puglia.
You can park your car safely at the property for free as well & Ostuni is a 5-10 min drive only.

De mooie plek, zwembad en persoonlijke bediening. Doordat er maar 2 appartementen verhuurd worden voelt het als een privé locatie. Het ligt ook vlak bij Ostuni wat we gewoon zien liggen evenals de Adriatische zee aan de andere kant

We had a great stay at Il Trullino, close to the city of Ostuni. The rebuild/refurbished Trullo is fantastic. The host Francesca was very helpful and came with good suggestions on places to visit and restaurants. The outdoor breakfast was very nice and gave us a good start on the day. The outdoor area with swimming pool and lounge areas was amazing. The place is very suitable for a party/family of 3-4. Francesca has to dogs at the property, but they are very well behaved and kept on distance on request.
In walking distance to Ostuni, however the roads are narrow and there is no sidewalks, so going by car is really the only option.
