Posizione , il parcheggio , casa rinnovata ed arredata con stile , teli da mare ed ombrellone a disposizione, caffè olio sale e zucchero a disposizione dei clienti , macchina da caffè microonde , phon lavatrice , tutte accortezze che spesso si danno per scontate ma che in realtà sono essenziali soprattutto se arrivi con piccolo bagaglio a mano , tutto top grazie sig ra Cristina se torneremo da queste parti sicuro la contatteremo

Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben renoviert, gepflegt, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage vorhanden, abgeschlossener, kostenloser Parkplatz, sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit Vermieterin Cristina, Lage der Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe.
Wenig ansehnliches Viertel, Strandsauberkeit, einige Ausstattungsdetails in der Wohnung sind teilweise schon sehr einfach und billig gehalten (Kopfteil Bett!?! Bettablage, Duschablage, Esstisch, Stühle), Matratzen durchgelegen. Leider kein Balkon vorhanden.

Gostamos de tudo. A Cristina muito simpática e prestativa. O facto de ter um lugar de estacionamento é ótimo! Em 15 min estamos no centro de Palermo de Uber sem nos incomodarmos com o trânsito ou estacionamento dentro da cidade. A casa tinha tudo o necessário para um par de dias, até toalhas de praia e chapéu de sol. Bom chuveiro com boa pressão. Camas confortáveis , ótimo ar condicionado. Bela vista. Voltaria sem dúvida a ficar se voltasse a Palermo.
