The property is basic and comfortable and just what we needed as we needed a base to explore Seoul.
The shower was a disappointment due to it being attached above the sink so had to take it off the wall to use and this made it awkward. The sofa was also uncomfortable for too long periods of time.

La position dans le quartier de Seochon, proche aussi des sentiers de rando mais aussi des palais de Seoul. Appartement silencieux, avec un bon climatiseur, lave-linge, enorme évier en cuisine. Personnel serviable et qui est réactif en cas de besoin

The property is in a prime location, with lots of restaurants and easy access to many parts of the city by subway and bus. The host seems to do his best to maintain the property despite some serious shortcomings. It is a good place to stay only for a few days at a bargain price per night.
The property is a half-basement with only limited windows, making the rooms rather dark. The booking information didn't make it clear that one of the two units was a half-basement. There were floor plans, but they were hard to read or explicitly spelled out. I felt this was misleading. The basement unit should be less expensive, but there was no option to choose during booking; the manager basically assigns you to one. The bathroom was especially bad, with exposed pipes and constant noise from the toilet flushing upstairs. It had only a small handwashing sink, and the faucet made it impossible to wash your face; I had to wash my face at the kitchen sink. It also had a very small door, only about 150cm tall. In short, the bathroom is cramped in a space for a broom closet.
