The owners were very accommodating and lovely. The studio was perfect for my partner and I and made our experience in La Spezia very enjoyable.
There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom but otherwise no problems.

Best location only 5 min walk from train station and less than 3 minutes walk from city center. Staff very helpful
Not very comfortable, the toilet had a little problem to recharge and we had humidity from toilet. If you have wet clothes you dont have a place to let it dry.

Le logement est localisé au centre-ville, accessibilité facile en voiture. Les gens qui nous ont accueillis sont vraiment sympa.
Tout d’abord, on nous a fait payé une "taxe d’habitation" qui coûte 2,50€ par personne par JOUR. Ceci ne figurez pas dans l’annonce. Ont nous a informé de cette valeur en arrivant dans la chambre.
Surtout les serviettes sentait a la cigarette, la fenêtre n’empêche pas le bruit de dehors, on entend tout qu’il s’est passe. La porte fait un enorme bruit lorsqu’on l’ouvre et qu’on la ferme. La salle de bain/Toilette est petite meme pour une personne et finalement je conseille pas a dire qu’il y a un parking disponible dans résidence ou meme a cote parce que c’est pas vrai. Le parking plus proche etait environ 10 minutes, en plus qui ça depend s’il aura de places disponibles. Ne comptez pas a ne pas payer un parking.
Ps: la télé ne s’allume pas.
