I couldn't beat the location, it was right across the way from the train station.
I arrived one afternoon and found all the doors locked.

I liked the convenience and, effort of the staff to help and keep the place clean. It was a basic, no-frills place which was all I needed.

The location is obviously the number one reason you should stay here. It's one minute from the train station. Also, the room was big and I should say clean too.
On the opposite, the shared bathroom was disgusting. Probably the worst I have ever seen, and trust me I have stayed in tens of hotels/hostels around the world.
Also, the room doesn't have AC, the bed is not comfortable, and there's noise from the street below. But, man... This bathroom was by far the worst thing. So it's a 5/10 if you are solo and want just to stay for one night to visit Cirque Terre.
