If I would have my own airbnb place, I would defitely call you for advices. This says everything 🙂. Many thanks, guys!!

I've been in many airbnbs until now and I can easily admit that this one was the best so far. First of all, very clean apartment, the guys were paying attention to all the details that we need in order to have a nice stay (towels, super fresh linen, good quality shower gel and shampoo, washing machine in the apartment with included dryer, quiet surroundings, well equipped kitchen etc). The hosts are 10 out of 10, excellent communication with them. When we will be back to Rome, for sure we will rent this room again. Many thanks for all your help, Denisa

An extremely unsafe and distressing stay involving dirty sheets, a last-minute cash-only demand, and threatening behavio

Nothing!!!!! Avoid this place at all costs!

This property created one of the most unsafe and unacceptable experiences I have ever encountered, and I am formally requesting Booking.com to conduct an urgent investigation. The bedsheets were filthy, covered in hair and even visible snot, and despite multiple requests, they refused to replace them. The host also changed the payment method at the very last minute—only the night before my arrival, when I was already overseas—demanding cash or an international transfer instead of the credit card payment that was originally agreed upon and already securely provided on my booking file. Even more concerning, they confirmed the night before that they would accept my credit card in person, yet they abruptly stopped responding, rejected all my calls and messages, and completely disappeared. Then, early the next morning—fully aware that I had an early train to catch—they suddenly showed up, locked the exit door, and threatened us by saying the police were already on the way and that we would be arrested, even at the airport, if we did not immediately pay in cash. all arrangements were handled through someone named “Dina” via WhatsApp, yet the owner later denied knowing this person at all. This coercive and threatening behavior caused severe distress, made us feel unsafe, and resulted in me missing my train. This was an act of harassment, intimidation, and completely unprofessional conduct. I have documented everything, including photos of the dirty sheets, screenshots of all communication (and lack of response), and the cash payment they forced from us USD $200. I am already in communication with Canadian authorities regarding this incident. Booking.com must take responsibility for hosting such dangerous listings: I am requesting a full refund, a formal report, and immediate removal of this property from the platform. For the safety of all future travelers, I strongly warn others to avoid this accommodation at all costs.
