We had a wonderful time during our stay in Kandy. The property is beautifully decorated throughout, giving it a really warm and stylish atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff—the team was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed. On top of that, the room was super spacious and very comfortable.
A few minor things to keep in mind: the location is a bit outside the main center, and there was a touch of humidity in the bathroom, but neither issue took away from our overall experience.

The bed was incredibly comfortable — honestly, one of the best beds I’ve slept in during my time in Sri Lanka. The room was beautiful, with a lovely view that made the stay even more enjoyable. It was so peaceful and quiet that I slept incredibly well.
In general, humidity is common in homes in Sri Lanka, but the toilet seat had mold on it, which I found unacceptable. It could easily be replaced with a new one.

was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The person in charge assigned us a very small corner room, even though better rooms appeared to be available. The water supply was also muddy, which was unacceptable and made the stay uncomfortable.
Breakfast was very poor. The only items provided were string hoppers, coconut sambal, potato curry, and boiled eggs. There was no tea or coffee, which is a basic expectation for a hotel breakfast.
Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope the management improves the room allocation process, water quality, and breakfast service for future guests.
