Место расположения.
Диван не подходит для спального места, кровать требует ремонта. Мебель в ванной комнате требует к себе внимание.

The apartment looked nice and modern upon arrival. The location was also great, quiet part of the town but 2 minutes walk to all of the restaurants and the dock.
It was rather uncomfortable. The couch in the living room was strange and the bed was also very very firm. There was also no soap in the shower, so bring your own soap. Lastly while there was a coffee machine and tea kettle there were maybe 3 tea bags in the unit and no coffee so if I wanted I had to go buy my own.
