Quiet area, very clean hostel, lots of places to sit and chill. Close to restaurants and very close to the bus station. The hosts were fantastic, shared a lot about places to visit in Costa Rica and helped us to sort out our rental car.

The rooms are pretty cramped here. The six-bed rooms were probably better suited for four beds. It was warm at night, and people seemed to be coming and going at all hours. The first room I was in, the bed actually broke around the edge, so they moved me to a different room. Lots of bathrooms, and good hot water.
General facilities were ok, but kitchen was pretty dirty.

Easy location by bus stop. Shared kitchen to use.
Booked a private room but got a bunk room for my partner and I. Very hot in the rooms even with 3 loud fans.
