The space was large enough for my family. The location was surrounded by trees and felt immersed in nature, The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The backyard was nice. The owner was very laid back and not overbearing. Felt like it was our own home.
Overall, I would still HIGHLY recommend this place. The area is very quiet and there is a washer and dryer available.
The host denied my request to check in 2 hours early. Based on the condition of the home, it was a tadbit overpriced. It does not look like the photos. There are plenty of broken parts of the home. The worst part was how dirty it was. There was hair all over the "clean" towels in the bathrooms. Hair on the pillows and beds. The beds weren't made. There was trash and dirt behind and next to the nightstands and dressers. The TV in the room didn't work. There was no remote and the host did NOT respond to my messages inquiring about it but they asked for a review several times after checkout.
The driveway was extremely dark at night.
The place definitely has potential. It either needs the price lowered or better upkeep. Simple things such as proper cleaning, working remotes, and communication from the host. The broken parts of the home, such as cabinet and closet doors, are no big deal. It kinda adds character to it. Howeverm renting a property out at such a price with clothes, furniture, knick-knacks, and linen thrown into closets messily is unacceptable. Also, hair on sheets and towels are unacceptable as well.

The location near UF and had enough room for our family.
The A/c was noisy like a vacuum cleaner sound when it would turn on. The hall light did not work, flickered off the first time it was turned on.

The door code was given prior to checkin.
The master bathroom needs windows coverings, (blinds, verticals, curtains etc). And the den(4th bedroom) could use some also. Other than that the home is beautiful and very accommodating.

Close to campus and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for our group. Good kitchen facilities. Management quickly responded to questions and concerns.
Master bathroom shower had terrible pressure and the toilet wasn’t secured to floor. Driveway dipped at bottom, causing our bumper to scrape the driveway as we slowly pulled out. Kitchen needs a basic measuring cup and spoons.
