The staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs, in the lobby is some beautiful carved furniture and a huge fish tank with some exotic fish, its a great affordable location close to convenience stores, bars, restaurants with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was a highlight as the weather is humid and hot so that was a treat, there facilities are amazing. We paid for the breakfast buffet and that too was amazing, there were different options each day and the food was delicious.

The rooms are bigger than other hotels. The furniture are intricate. There is an "old rich" vibe. The breakfast is Superb! New set of food everyday. We stayed 7days

The staff is really friendly and helpful. It was easy to change $ to Vietnamese Dong at the reception and that was very useful as in Danang most ATM's either eat your card or are out of order. Location is across the street to the beach but very dangerous to cross that road, I would not recommend that with children, its a bit away from from the main center which makes it most likely less noisy regarding clubs and bars but still it was very noisy due to the neigbours. Wifi is not bad
The rooms have doors in between so you can hear everything the neighbor does, you can hear breathing, when they use the bathroom, every word of every conversation. There is no privacy at all, I never experienced something like that. I recommend ear plugs. For this price the value is okey I guess. Team is doing their best to make guests comfortable, house keeping team is good but the owner does not have the windows cleaned so the sea view is not really a view as the windows are so dirty (from outside) you can't see much (see my photos thats the sunrise through the dirty windows). Rooms don't look like in the photos, its very dark in the rooms. The facilities are dated, you feel like in 1980s, everything is old and dark. The toilet does not flush, there is no warm water in the bath tub, it is either cold or burning hot.
