The host was a really lovely lady and kept us updated at all times, which made everything so much easier. They kindly gave us four Butlins passes free of charge, which was a fantastic bonus and really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience.
The beach is actually very far to walk from the site, and the listing description gives misleading information about its distance.

The property was ideal with a baby and 2 year old, especially when 2 year old just wants everything. I did have to clean the toilet and shower room as there was a putrid smell when we arrived, but after the first night of being there the odour had gone. Tried to not let it bother us and used the 2nd toilet mainly.
A LITTLE OUTDATED. BUT STILL PLEASANT ENOUGH FOR A FEW NIGHTS STAY.
I DID SEND A MESSAGE ASKING FOR WIFI. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO THIS, FOUND WE WERE OUT OF THE ACCOMODATION MOST OG THE TIME SO WAS NOT REQUIRED. ALSO PAID S DEPOSIT WHICH WAS TO BE REIMBURSED - Still waiting for this dispit sending my bank details as requested.
