A casa é muito grande e estava muito bem equipada e limpa. Fica muito perto do centro de Baiona, o que é uma vantagem porque dá para se andar sempre a pé. É perfeita para umas férias de família ou amigos.
O caminho antes de chegar ao portão da casa é um pouco apertado, no entanto, apenas é preciso ter cuidado e passar devagar.
