Great location in the Middle of Market Rasen with pubs and shops nearby. Room was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Easy to access and parking outside on the Market place.
Mattress on bed was a little uncomfortable but ok for one night.

Love the cafe, the room and the staff
None of the following would stop me booking again but it hopefully helps others and the staff, A bit of traffic noise but to be expected because of the location, attention needed to coffee & tea tray , no teaspoon and more attention to cleaning the bottom of the stairs and the stairs, first impressions , like I said all these wouldn't stop me booking for another stay.

The rooms are right in the middle of Market Rasen, and right above the cafe of the same name which sells super food and is very popular. Staff are REALLY helpful. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are quite large. If there are any issues, they get sorted out cheerfully and quickly by the excellent staff.
The room did not get serviced during our stay and we had to go to the cafe each day to collect any essentials which had run out - it was perfectly set up for our arrival, though, and staff fixed problems quickly.
Please note that the rooms are above the cafe, and are accessed by a set of steps. This would not be a good choice for someone who finds steps difficult.

"Really comfy bed and the room was really warm. Shower easy to use and hot. Lovely big fluffy white tiles. Good tea coffee biscuits and bottled water. Location great."
