Exceptional clean, comfy villa with all the facilities you need to make a perfect holiday in Karpathos and Catalina the owner is most kind and takes wonderful care of the property.
It is close to the beach, next to a supermarket and nice taverna right next door. I would certainly come back here next year.

Struttura nuova, ben curata e molto pulita.
Ideale per sole 2 persone.
Parcheggio privato.

Un po’ rumoroso la notte data la posizione a ridosso di una strada abbastanza trafficata.
Zona molto ventosa per cui la piscina non può essere goduta al massimo.

After exploring the island, we came back and stayed at Elite Luxury Villas again because we loved it so much. The apartment is perfect—beautiful, cozy, very well equipped, and a place where you instantly feel at home.
Our favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub under the starry sky in the evening. The peaceful surroundings made it even more special.
Catalina is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available. We truly appreciated her hospitality.
We highly recommend Elite Luxury Villas to anyone visiting Karpathos and would definitely stay here again!
