El apartamento está limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas, te dejan ropa de cama y toallas suficientes para los inquilinos, en nuestro caso tres adultos. Todos los electrodomésticos son funcionales y cuenta con el menaje necesario para cocinar si fuera necesario, en nuestro caso casi todos los días comíamos fuera, por lo que, aunque es cierto que la nevera es pequeña no supuso ningún problema. La cama de matrimonio es grande y el colchón firme. El sofá cama del salón es grande y muy cómodo. La ubicación es muy tranquila y aunque es cierto que está cerca del aeropuerto, el ruido de los aviones no incomoda en absoluto a los que estamos acostumbrados al bullicio de la ciudad. Tiene vistas al Teide y al océano. En cuanto a las instalaciones, están muy cuidadas tanto los jardines que son preciosos como la piscina, la cual cuenta con hamacas suficientes y gratuitas para los inquilinos, hay un bar dentro de las instalaciones justo al lado de la piscina por si quieres tomar algo mientras te refrescas. La zona cuenta con pequeños supermercados cercanos.
