Сам номер большой, просторный, чистый. Удобная кровать, подушки. Тихий район.
Персонала на ресепшене нет от слова совсем. Оставили телефон, но трубку не берет. В номере нет фена. Полчаса бегала искала хоть кого-то: звонила, ходила по коридорам. Потом зашла в кафе рядом, они набрали барышню. За две ночи, что я там была, персонал не видела вообще.
И еще вода… я так поняла на номер стоит бойлер. Не большим объемом. Ибо домывалась я уже в холодной воде.

Bed was ok.
The WC was renovated.
1 day without Internet and no alternative/compensation was provided;
no signal while turning on TV;
breakfast is not included and must be payed extra;
reception is permanently without an employee;
personal is not responding on requests fast;
dirty windows and spider net on the ceiling.
