This hotel is a very good starting point to discover Chisinau.

The hotel is very nice and clean, located 5 minutes from the central street. The rooms are nice and very clean, and so are the bathrooms. Good continental breakfast and there is also a small gym with a bench, a pull up barc and dumbbells. I would definitely come back!

Nice quiet hotel, very clean, nice touches, lovely staff

Very clean and comfortable room, good wifi, exceptional staff. Breakfast had a decent amount of choices to suit everyone - if you want 200 kinds of cereals or yoghurts, then go elsewhere and pay 4 times as much; if you want a nice honest selection for breakfast then this is just fine. Short walk to restaurants. The hotel itself (guests etc) was very quiet. No music/parties until 4am etc.

Barking dogs - not hotel's fault, but in this part of the world there are backing dogs everywhere.

Best hotel in heart of the city

Excellent location Wide room Comfortable beds Coffee machine, kettle and fridge Iron & iron board are available inside the room Air conditioner is good

Hot water in shower is interrupting (period of warm water with few seconds of freezing cold water)!

Superb

Staff at reception were incredibly helpful and would go an extra mile for every request. Free supply of water is a great extra and daily upkeeping of the rooms is very good. Perfect location too.

Breakfast was quite good in terms of food but needs better supervision to ensure warm food is continuously supplied (small hotel and relatively small cafe hence once few customers have had their breakfast at times there was no hot food left

Nice little hotel - recommended

Lovely staff - even for my late check in. Hotel in great location, and very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the water, coffee, and chocolate!

I found some of the decor choices a little odd - notably 'get naked and have fun' painted on the wall of the bathroom; this did not seem to me to be in keeping with the overall vibe of the hotel. Just a small quibble though!

Very good

A small cozy hotel, neat, new, elevator, nice room, comfortable bed, smart alarm clock with instructions on the wall "Hey Google, wake me up at 7 am" - cute, parks within walking distance.

There is no noise cancellation at all, I could hear everything my neighbours were saying and their TV, and I'm sure they heard all my conversations.

A hidden treasure in the city center

A quiet neighborhood, though very centrally located, close to everything -- and yet really calm and quiet at night. Good breakfast, spotless facilities, coffee machine with wonderful coffee as a bonus.

There are no ramps at the entrance and no guard at night, so if you arrive late, you will have to drag your heavy suitcase to the staircase by yourself. Well, if a client has limited physical abilities, it'll be very difficult for them to make it into the building.

ok, but not recommended

I didn’t have a good night at the hotel. the rooms are very noisy and the couple next door had very loud sex. When I called the reception, they were quite defensive at first. The interior is good but a bit dated already. There are better option in Chișinău in the same price range like Plai Hotel. More friendly, quiet, and nice furniture.

Very nice hotel good location

The Location is fantastic, within 5 minutes you can walk to the city center. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and modern. Comfortable beds and functioning AC and heating. I was very happy that the hotel has non smoking rooms. The Restaurant is very stylish and has a great menu. Staff was very friendly. Small breakfast with all essentials for a fair price.

Information booklet in the room had wrong information (sauna and pool was mentioned but not available at thw hotel). The lobby area could be a bit more inviting its a great space but not really used. Having a drink there if it would be more inviting would be very enjoyable. The Restaurant is in the basement so its a nice alternative to relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace is preety nice too but unused. In the room I was missing tissues paper in the bathroom. Price was okay could be a bit lower for what is being offered,for a boutique hotel there is definitely room for improvement to justify that price.

Superb

Everything was very good. Hotel is quite new. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean. There is also coffe and minibar in the room. Localisation is very good. Walking distance to the centre, and the park.

Breakfast could be more of choice also there is not too much space, only 4 tables.

Nice hotel in the centre of Chisinau. The rooms are confortable and the staff is nice. Everything makes this hotel a good choice to be in Chsinau.

Breakfast was a bit so-so and could be improved (vs. other hotels in town).

Highly recommended!

Very nice new hotel in the center of Chisinau! Located 200 meters from the central square, there are shops, cafes nearby. The street is well lit, which is important on winter evenings. The rooms are clean, new plumbing, warm. I would especially like to highlight the hotel staff: polite, trying to help with all the questions that arise. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

the bed was big, but the rooms are generally small. decent mini bar but over priced it’s like every other hotel. Quiet location. hotel is connected to a lovely restaurant.

the breakfast could be better. could barely eat.

Lovely boutique hotel in downtown Chisinau

Lovely little hotel in the center of Chisinau. comfortable rooms with all amenities (coffee maker, fridge) and nice views (for the rooms on the back of the building, which are more quiet). Amazingly helpful and friendly staff: reception, cleaning staff, driver, all were unfailingly kind, helpful, friendly. Nice (but not cheap) restaurant in the same building.

Really it was a lovely stay. The only thing I can think of is that fresh bread for breakfast would be lovely. (And maybe an espresso machine?) But those are just details. Also, it is good for guests to know that the rooms at the front of the building are noisier than the ones at the back (but all are very nice).

Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms

A beautiful hotel, very modern and neat. Friendly staff. Very clean overall. Good minibar in the room. The aircondition functions very well. The Google home on the bedside table is genius. Clean and complete bathroom. The bed was quite good. We prefer strong matrasses for our back, and this one was better than in most hotels. Very happy that there was a seperate water cooker so the tea would not taste like coffee. Also very happy to have a good ironing set in the room. As well as some extras we didn't even use. A good elevator led up to the room and we never heard any noise of other guests. The breakfast was fine. I can understand it's probably not as extensive as in bigger hotels. The Julius Meinl cappuccino that you can order at breakfast was great.

Of course we noticed some details. We would have preferred two single duvets in stead of sharing a double duvet. However complete, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet is actually too close to the shower wall to be able to sit normally on the toilet. An extra socket at the bedside tables would have helped us. A bit more fresh bread at the breakfast, especially in the last hour of breakfast time, would have been really nice, so it won't become a race between guests for the last slices of the fresh bread (there was also toast bread but not our taste, too dry and thick to be nicely toasted. But this opinion may vary of course, depending on what country you are from.) Some Gouda cheese slices or Nutella would have also been a nice variation to put on the bread. And some fresh fruit salad and slices of lemon for instance would be great at breakfast.
