La gentillesse de notre hôtesse, l'environnement proche de la location, la climatisation, tout l'appartement était très bien. Il est proche de la gare centrale mais un peu loin du port (20 mn de marche), le parking, le supermarché juste à côté.
rien qui puisse vraiment être amélioré. Le 4ème étage est rude, c'est loin du centre et cela fait marcher. mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, on était prévenu. on reviendra si on repasse par La Spezia. L'environnement pour aller au centre était un peu surprenant, mais aucun problème.

Les chambres sont spacieuses la salle de bain agréable avec un grand salon. Beaucoup d’équipements et la Clim est très agréable après une journée en extérieur. Par contre il faut avoir un peu de cardio car appartement au quatrième étage sans ascenseur.

La ubicación es perfecta, el trato y la comodidad
Nos gustó todo, tal vez que no hubiera ascensor fue incómodo a veces, pero en conjunto todo estupendo

Situació molt propera a estació. Ideal per poder agafar tren a Cinque Terre.
