Die Lage des Hauses ist gut.

Das Haus ist doch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es macht den Eindruck das schon seit vielen Jahren nicht viel Zeit und Geld in den Erhalt des Hauses investiert worden ist. Es fehlt auch an wenigsten etwas gemütlichen Mobiliar. Auf der Terrasse waren z.B. nur Metallstühle ohne irgendeine Auflage. Auch der Pool ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Leider ist auch durch die Unsauberkeit auf dem Nachbargrundstück mit Ratten zu rechnen, wir haben selbst eine gesehen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist gut.

Das Haus ist doch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es macht den Eindruck das schon seit vielen Jahren nicht viel Zeit und Geld in den Erhalt des Hauses investiert worden ist. Es fehlt auch an wenigsten etwas gemütlichen Mobiliar. Auf der Terrasse waren z.B. nur Metallstühle ohne irgendeine Auflage. Auch der Pool ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Leider ist auch durch die Unsauberkeit auf dem Nachbargrundstück mit Ratten zu rechnen, wir haben selbst eine gesehen.
