Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience.
The apartment’s location was great, and having secured parking was definitely a plus. Located on the 13th floor, the apartment offers a lovely view.
Disappointing experience
We were not satisfied with the communication with the host.
We stayed for two nights and found it quite unbelievable that in this day and age especially considering the price, which was not low, the host doesn’t provide towels for stays shorter than four nights. I understand that every host has their own rules, but we’ve never encountered anything like this before. We've stayed in other cities for just one night and towels were always provided.
Additionally, there was no floor towel for after showering, no kitchen towel, and no paper towels to dry our hands after doing the dishes. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided.
There isn’t an actual bed in the apartment , only a pull-out sofa, which was extremely uncomfortable and left us with back pain and poor sleep. Since the weather was unexpectedly cold and rainy for this time of year, we were surprised that there were no blankets. We had to use the sofa cover, which had an unpleasant smell and clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time.
The dishes in the cupboards were not clean.
At the end of our stay, the agency also tried to charge us extra fees that weren’t listed during the booking process. This felt quite unfair and unprofessional.
The apartment is located right next to the elevator, so you can hear it in the mornings which, unlike the other issues, might not be something they can change, but the rest could definitely be improved by the host.
Also, we weren’t informed that we had to pick up and return the keys to an agency on the other side of town. This was only communicated at the end. Without a car, it would’ve been nearly impossible. They really overcomplicated something that should’ve been simple.

Ужасное спальное место на котором невозможно ни спать ни сидеть . На жалобу отреагировали лишь благодаря администрации самой гостиницы!!! И то принесли кусочек фанеры. благодаря тому что админ гостиницы предоставила раскладушку, мы хоть как-то смогли поспать. За 800€ это УЖАС
