Appartement confortable, très propre et bien placé
Petit souci d’électricité le matin, impossible d’utiliser la plaque de cuisson ou le micro-ondes ( mais cela peut arriver) rien de dramatique, possiblement un plomb qui a sauté

Facilidade de acesso, estacionamento exterior nas traseiras seguro, climatização.
Embora tenha dois quartos de banho, apenas o do piso superior tem chuveiro, obriga a pessoa que fica na sala (sofá cama) ir tomar banho ao quarto do andar de cima. O quarto de banho inferior não está bem mantido.

Propreté et design de la chambre. Tout équipée manque de rien. Place de parking. Accès en toute autonomie.
Le bruit incessant de la route très fréquentée qui passe juste à côté à longueur de journée même le soir. La qualité de canapé clic-clac.
Long escalier pour accéder à la chambre et la salle de bain.
