There is an extra sofa bed (full size) in the living room as well. Guest access - Parking is allowed in the garage, driveway or on the gravel next to the house. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE:: 1. Two parking spots are included with your reservation. Any additional parking will incur in extra fees of $20 per vehicle per night. We require this charge before your stay. 2. CHECK-IN time is STRICTLY 4 pm. $50 early check-in fees apply. Early check-in is only granted if (i) we have received this fee, and (ii) the property is clean. - CHECK-OUT time is STRICTLY 11 am.
