Siesta Key Dreams’ flagship vacation rental features TWO CONDOS in a single building, totaling 6 bedrooms, 14 beds, and 4 bathrooms. Ideal for family trips and friend gatherings, it accommodates up to 20 guests (16 adults and 4 children). With this reservation, you’ll have the ENTIRE building to yourselves—there are no other condos in the building besides the two included in this listing.

Both units offer large, spacious floor plans with welcoming living rooms, dining rooms that seat 8 or more, and modernized kitchens. Just off each living room is a private, enclosed balcony with partial ocean views and comfortable seating—perfect for shaded outdoor relaxation and entertaining.

We always display our exact address in our listings so you can see just how close you are to the beach and village. Unplug and explore—Siesta Village is less than a 3-minute walk away, offering everything from cafes to fine dining, local shopping, live music, and entertainment.

For beach days, you’ll have access via a private gated path just 20 steps behind the building. Slip on your sandals and stroll down the private beach entrance to experience the brilliant quartz sand and Gulf waters.

Note: During peak rain months (June to Aug) there is a chance the private path to the beach is flooded. The alternative is Beach Access #5, only a few feet away, and the total walk to the sand is the same.

Beyond the stunning sand, Siesta Key beaches feature picnic areas, concession stands, and volleyball courts. Shallow, crystal-clear water and year-round lifeguard protection make the beach a safe, relaxing escape—and being mere minutes from the shoreline means you’ll likely catch breathtaking sunsets. A short walk from the beach brings you back to Siesta Village, with dining and entertainment options ranging from live music to gourmet donuts, coffee, seafood, and award-winning steakhouses.

We know parking can be difficult, which is why your stay includes FIVE private reserved spaces at no additional cost (five-vehicle max).

The Siesta Key Breeze Trolley runs along Beach Road just outside your rental, is free for all riders, and operates 8AM–10PM, seven days a week.

Once you book, our team will provide clear guidance to help you prepare for your stay. If anything comes up upon arrival, a Guest Experience Manager who lives within the Siesta Keys area is available at a moment’s notice. Your reservation includes complimentary bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap), coffee & Keurig pods, and your choice of either a bottle of sparkling wine or sparkling grape juice. For your beach trips, we provide towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, coolers, and carts to transport items easily. Traveling with children? Complimentary cribs, highchairs, toys, silverware, and baby monitors are available per request.

Shortly after booking, you’ll receive a link to reserve local services or experiences from vendors throughout the island.

When available, you may request flexible booking with early check-in or late check-out. Siesta Key Dreams also offers baggage drop-off prior to check-in. You’ll be able to share your preferences using the link sent prior to check-in.

In the lead-up to check-in, guests are supported via email and SMS.

Guests will receive an electronic Rental Agreement outlining key terms and conditions, including our no-smoking policy. Guest verification is required just after booking and before check-in. Details are provided after booking, and the process takes only a couple of minutes—helping us maintain a safe environment for our guests, neighbors, and employees.
