You’ll be amazed how close to downtown you are, yet your seclusion will make it all seem so far away. Golf courses and soccer fields a few minutes away. Our well-stocked gourmet kitchen has 2 ovens, additional warming oven, 6 burners, 3 sinks, reverse osmosis drinking water, center island with 5 bar stools. Our new 8 person spa-hot tub has 112 stainless steel jets, combined with 2 6hp pumps that massage and comfort your body and soul, melting tension and stress. If you want some entertainment, there is a new 75” TCL Roku TV with an incredible Dolby Atmos sound system that will make you think you’re in a luxury theater. Streaming or gaming is buffer free with 1200 Mbps Xfinity internet speeds. Whether naptime or bedtime, escape to your bedroom. If it’s the master suite, you’ll have your personal retreat within a retreat. 20 ft. high ceiling, sitting area, 55” Roku TV, plus your own jacuzzi tub that looks out to the woods. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and comes with its own private bath, (walk-in closet in MBR & Red Room) Roku TV and beautiful views. We have a Seaside room. This bedroom has seashell wainscoting, nautical design and a trundle bed with a foldaway bed. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds, private baths and Roku TV’s. There are 3 foldaway beds for your use, including linens for an additional price of $10/per foldaway per night. This brings the sleeping capacity to a total of 11 people. These foldaway beds may be placed at your discretion. Please let hosts know if you want to use the foldaways. There is an enormous patio/deck for relaxation and eating. There is a BBQ grill and various table/chair combinations. Guest access You’ll have access to everything EXCEPT: the garage, apartment above the garage and the detached 4 stall garage. Arrangements with additional costs can be made for the non-access areas. Please contact the hosts. NOTE: Infrared sauna is located in owners private quarters and requires an appointment. Other things to note Your hosts are passionate about making your stay the very best possible. We live above the garage and will respond asap to any request. We will remain as incognito as possible, tending to maintenance items as necessary. IF you need an extra 1,400sf of room, including a queen bed, private bath, work/desk area, family room, childrens play area and full kitchen, we can vacate our personal apartment with a queen bed for an additional fee of $125/night plus $45 cleaning fee.
