About this house rental
Come stay at one of the original farmhouses of Normal and enjoy the various property features in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood.

- 3 blocks from ISU Redbird Arena & campus
- 5 mins to Uptown Normal & 10 mins to Rivian
The main floor includes a nicely appointed living room with a fireplace, 65” TV, sofa with chaise and an oversized chair with a vintage record player console with a range of hit records.
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, microwave, pots and pans, and enough dinnerware and silverware for 8. Enjoy our complimentary coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and espresso maker stocked with pods, coffee grinder and delicious syrups. You will need to purchase your own coffee beans.
The main floor master has a king bed with adjustable base and massage features, walk-in closet and master bathroom with double sinks, tiled shower with bench and dual showerhead.
There is an additional full bathroom on the main floor for additional guests.
The two bedrooms upstairs are large with new queen size luxury memory foam mattresses and ceiling fans. All bedrooms include luggage racks for your convenience. There is a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
The large basement has another living area which has a fireplace, large TV, bumper pool table, dartboard, X-box and lots of games for the family to play. There is a second full-size kitchen with oven, fridge and sink. There is an additional multipurpose sleeping area with a full-size Murphy bed, working area with desk and foam flooring for a workout area.
The backyard is an oasis for rest and relaxation with an awe-inspiring entertainment clubhouse - a transformed chicken coop for group events or a quiet evening in a secluded setting.
Enjoy the many games and activities available on almost a full acre of land including a large TV lounge area, bar seating, swinging club chairs, smoke-less firepit area, a jumbo outdoor chess board, bocce ball, corn hole boards, and a playhouse for the kids with slide and climbing wall.

We were in town for a baseball tournament, and the property did not disappoint!! It was perfect for us. We had comfortable beds and a clean home in a peaceful neighborhood, and my kids were able to walk to the baseball stadium. After the games, we were able to relax and enjoy our downtime in the backyard retreat!

The AC was set at 68 and even though we tried to change it, the house remained cold.

This was perfect for our family to come while we were visiting our grandpa! Though we didn't hang out at the property much, we wish we did more there was so much to do and is a perfect place for kids and all types of groups. The place is extremely comfortable and has everything you would need and the hosr are extremely nice!Will be staying again!

Stayed for two nights for my daughter’s graduation and this place was perfect! The outdoor space was amazing! Cooked all of our meals on the flat top grill and loved the outdoor lounge. Beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms and all the comforts of home. We will definitely stay here again!
