After a day of exploration, relax in one of the inviting bedrooms, each meticulously designed for rest and relaxation. ★ Sleeping Arrangements - 5 Bedrooms ★ Bedroom 1 (Entry Floor): Queen Bed, Ensuite Bedroom 2 (Entry Floor): Queen Bed, Ensuite Bedroom 3 (Entry Floor): Single Bed x 2 Bedroom 4 (Entry Floor): Queen Bed Bedroom 5 (Entry Floor): Single Bunk x 2 ★ Bathroom ★ The house features three contemporary bathrooms. On the main level, the primary bedroom includes an ensuite with a shower and vanity, accompanied by a separate WC for extra convenience. Downstairs, the second bedroom enjoys its ensuite with a bathtub, shower, vanity, and WC, while the remaining bedrooms share a combined bathroom and laundry area equipped with a shower, vanity, and WC. ★ Living Rooms ★ The expansive living areas, both upstairs and downstairs, beckon you to relax amidst plush furnishings while panoramic windows showcase the breathtaking vistas. Downstairs, an additional living area boasts a cozy wood fireplace, enhancing the ambiance. Parking The property provides off-street parking space as well as a secure driveway to accommodate up to three vehicles. Pets Pets are considered on application and incur an additional fee. Special Property Information This property provides complimentary WIFI, and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however, that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan. Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions 1. The account holder submitting the booking needs to be in occupancy of the premises during the full term of the tenancy. 1a. Groups within the age range 17 to 25 years of age please enquire first. 2. The property is let for holiday purposes only - each booking requires a Guest Registration Form, photo IDs of all guests 16 and above and is subject to the agency booking Terms & Conditions for holiday lettings. 2b. This property strictly only accepts groups with a max of 8 adults per booking and up to 4 additional children. Alternatively, less than 8 adults and more children as long as the max of 12 guests is not exceeded. 3. The property has noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines. Our properties do not allow bucks, hens, schoolies, or any kind of celebration gatherings. 4a. Our properties are not serviced, they provide supplies & guest amenities as starter packs, usually sufficient for a weekend; if you are planning to stay longer, please BYO. 4b. Firewood Starter Packs, Travel Cots, High Chairs and more are available as additional booking options for guests from the agency guest portal which guests will gain access to after completion of the guest registration process. 5. The cleaning and management fee is subject to a 1.5x increase for Sunday check-ins and a 2.5x increase for public holiday check-ins. For 2-week bookings, the cleaning fee is doubled and extended stays beyond two weeks require a mandatory fortnightly cleaning service billed to the guest with optional linen changes for an extra charge.
