Located just 3 blocks from the heart of the UNR campus and 1/2 mile walk/ride to the casino and arts district. After ascending 10 steps from the street level, you arrive at the private entrance to this spacious daylight basement. You will enter the combined living, kitchen, and dining area. The efficiently equipped kitchen boasts a full-sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. Complimentary coffee and tea service for 1 day of your stay.
The large bathroom includes a stack washer and dryer. The large bedroom has a comfy king bed and nightstands with reading lights. Plenty of closet space.
Wi-Fi and smart TV are available for streaming with your streaming accounts.

I travel every other weekend. This apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, and comfortable. By far the most comfortable place I have stayed in recent months. The host and hostess are gracious and easy to communicate with. The kitchen has everything I needed, including a coffee grinder. The place is super clean. I thought parking on the street would be an issue, it turned out to be a quiet, little traveled road. All in all, I highly recommend this rental.

This was a great place to stay for the places we needed to go to in the area - the bedroom and bathroom were large, the kitchen was beautifully appointed, and there were a dining area and a living room area. It's a half basement setup, so the windows were all high, but let in a lot of light. The insulation between the two units isn't great, so you can hear a lot of what goes on in the other unit, but the owners were considerate and we were okay with the noise level (also, we travel with a white noise machine). All in all, this was perfect for what we needed - thank you, hosts!

There was to much banging and thumping noise from above. It sounded like they were moving furniture every day. And you could hear people’s voices very clearly as if they were right behind the door separating the basement from above, very uncomfortable feeling, would not recommend to stay here,
