From a very large window, wake up to a view of motorless Lake Sarrazin. It will only take a few steps to get to the beach. In addition to a most pleasant swim, kayaks are at your disposal. An impressive stone fireplace furnishes almost an entire wall of the loft. An outdoor fireplace is also available to brown marshmallows and a BBQ (charcoal not provided) for your grills! Find an outdoor spa available year round and a double bath in the remodelled bathroom. A large smart TV in the living room allows you to watch Netflix and YouTube, among others. The loft is equipped with a micro kitchenette with the amenities to make a coffee or a small meal. Ideal for WARMING UP COOKED DISHES. If smoking outdoors, do not throw cigarette butts on the land and use the ashtrays provided outdoor. • People come here to rest, recharge and relax. We ask you to respect the other guests. Please KEEP THE VOLUME LOW. No loud noise and music after 10pm. • NO FOOD & BEVERAGES in the spa and bed. • Recycling & trash has to be done with the bins in the designated area. Black bins for trash, green bins for recycling. Please respect triage of items going in each. It is located when you exit the resort through the private road on your left. • Dishes will be washes by our cleaning team if any were used. • Besides toilet paper, do not flush anything else in toilets (as tampons and wet ones) as they could block the septic tank and cost you a lot of money!! • After using kayaks please LOCK THEM BACK. • The municipal by-law forbids fireworks, firecrackers, & unclosed fire pits for security reasons and for the protection of everyone. • Make sure the bonfire is extinguished when you leave the site. • Concerning the indoor fireplace, keep glass doors or net closed when having a fire on. Make sure the fire is extinguished when going to bed or leaving. • IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED, CHARGES COULD BE APPLIED • ALL DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE RESERVATION. OTHERS TO NOTE • The decision to rent this loft and therefore to use all facilities, such as Jacuzzi/ kayacs/ spa/ BBQ, is entirely at the renter's risk. • The owners cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever of the renter or of his/her guests. • In the case of an uncontrollable situation (power failure, water shortage, sewers breakage, Wi-Fi interruption, spa breakage) no refund will be processed.
