About this apartment rental
Enjoy our Collective Corner Condo centrally located in Traverse City. Beaches, walking/hiking/biking trails, community Civic Center, downtown and countless restaurants are all available to you within walking distance! Wanting to stay in? The rooftop desk ensures a fun and or/relaxing time in our four hot tubs and lounge area. The condo's large windows allow for natural light while our black out curtains allow for a good night's rest.

The property itself was nice, clean, and in walkable distance to the amenities we needed. The host was responsive and any issues or questions were resolved or discussed in a timely manner. One downside of the property is that there is a homeless person encampment next door at what appears to be an under-renovation hotel (?), and unfortunately, this is a corner property, and all the East windows faced it. We didn't have any issues with the folks next doors, but if we kept the shades open at dusk, anyone outside can clearly see in. We would still recommend this property.

The space was extremely clean and modern. Location to downtown was fabulous. Only complaint was communication with the property manager - when we had questions, did not hear back for several hours or a day later.
