This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

We absolutely loved this house for our Girls trip. There was enough room/beds for everyone to spread out. We also rented a golf cart, which was so much fun. The area was great, we all said we can't wait to plan another trip to Kool Beanz!

This house has many positives. Yes, walking distance to beach is a plus. Not to mention close proximity to stores and restaurants, bars. Negatives: cockroaches were noted in the house more than a couple of times, and kitchen was not adequately stocked (no stock pot, limited dishes and glasses. The management responded promptly when we needed service on the one air conditioner unit.

The house was a great size for our family gathering of 14. The location was also nice and as described, within walking distance to the beach. The toilet in the pool house broke right away and they sent someone out the next day to repair it so I appreciated that. However, I asked a few questions prior to leaving for the trip to help with planning and packing and they were all answered incorrectly. I inquired about a tv in the pool house, if there was a Keurig at the house, if the house had pool towels or any beach supplies and also inquired about parking. Every answer I received was incorrect based upon arrival at the property. I also feel that the kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked for a rental of that size. There was only one small baking sheet to use in the oven. There weren’t any other dishes to bake in or store food that was grilled, etc. There were several lights that wouldn’t turn on or stay on if they did, one the of main burners didn’t work on the stove, the sink in the master bathroom took several minutes to get hot water. We were also disappointed that the corn hole boards pictured weren’t provided. It took a couple of days but they did send over a new set but they were tiny, cheap plastic and not what we expected. The pool was dirty upon arrival and I reached out about that and they had someone come over a couple of days later to clean it. So overall the location and size were good but I would expect a little more from a house at this price point.
