Unit Highlights: * Master bedroom with balcony overlooking the Gulf * Fully renovated with style, comfort & convenience in mind * Approx. 4 minute walk to beach * 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeps 12! * Private grill * Communal Pool Step inside to discover a meticulously remodeled haven adorned with a Sea Glass theme, where soothing coastal hues and beach-inspired decor create an atmosphere of tranquility. The three-story layout ensures both convenience and comfort. The ground floor greets you with a welcoming entrance and a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed, a cozy sitting nook with a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a private patio area with a grill—an ideal spot for al fresco dining. The ensuite bathroom boasts uniquely tiled flooring and a walk-in shower, embodying coastal charm. Ascend to the second floor, where the inviting living area awaits, offering a cozy retreat after sun-soaked days at the beach. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, enhanced by playful accents and ample natural light streaming through large windows. The updated kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a Quartz island with pedestal lighting, and a teal subway tile backsplash, exuding coastal elegance. A guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a convenient powder bath complete this level. The top floor is dedicated to luxury living, featuring a breathtaking master bedroom with a private balcony facing the Gulf. The ensuite master bathroom boasts unique tile flooring, double vanities with teal cabinets, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding soaking tub—an epitome of relaxation. Two additional guest bedrooms, currently styled as bunk rooms, share a guest bathroom and accommodate ample sleeping arrangements. - You will receive your door code to enter the unit 3 days prior to your check-in date. - Please note that we only provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. - This property is NOT pet friendly. - AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding! There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
