Pool room needs updated other than that was a very nice property

Liked the place, nice, just needed updated a bit. Mini split in the primary bedroom was noisy, we turned it off and used the ceiling fan instead. The barn doors to the primary bedroom and bathroom didn't provide much privacy. Parking was ok but might have been tight if there were full capacity staying. Pool table needs felt replaced. The pool, which we wanted to use but did not, wasn't heated as stated, rust noted, and not as clean - visible stains. Did like the size of the pool though. Loved the hot tub and decks/views. Otherwise, the area is nice and location not far from restaurants, sightseeing.

Host is very helpful and communicative. Pool isn't great. Not warm at all and needs a good cleaning as well as flooring around pool is majorly peeling. Lock also doesn't work on door to pool. Two of the mini split air conditioners were loud (one we even had to turn off) and the one in the downstairs takes forever to cool down. Overall a decent place to stay and would recommend but pictures make it look way better (at least pool wise). Again... Justin was amazing and answered all my questions. It was good enough for our few days of stay.
