About this house rental
You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, only a 5 minute drive to the airport, and a just over 10 minute drive to the city centre! Situated near a park in a quiet residential crescent, this is a spacious, modernised and warm home. Your own home away from home, it offers a comfortable space, with everything provided. Private and secure, and a 24 hr door lock for late/early/self check in. FREE WIFI and Netflix, and near the bus stop. Our home is warm, has been renovated to be modern, quiet, private and spacious. Our home is close to the city, a very quick drive to the airport and easy access to other areas of Christchurch. Walk to transport and shopping essentials. There is a separate private entrance and 24 hr key lock for early/late/self check in and out. Comfortable beds with quality linen and towels provided. Warm (or cool) air with two heat pumps/aircons. Modern bathroom with toiletries provided. A well equipped kitchen, microwave, oven and stove top, fridge, cooking equipment, espresso coffee machine and rice cooker. There is also a spacious pantry. Free WIFI and Netflix. Family friendly - we provide a portacot, high chair, games and toys, and parks with playgrounds nearby. Outside deck with a seating area and fire pit available for use, and hanging chairs for a relaxing afternoon! Off street parking available right outside the house. Guests have access to the entire property. Ample off street parking available. Can leave car by arrangement if travelling. We like to give our guests the space to enjoy their holiday, so we'll minimize any in-person contact or check-ins. However, we're always available if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. We value our home and we do expect guests to be considerate and leave the apartment clean and tidy. No smoking inside. Be aware of cooking smells and open windows. Please do your dishes or put in the dishwasher. Also leave wet towels in the bathroom. Thank you.

The property was close to the airport we could have left our car on the street and Uber to the airport however chose to use the long term parking 5 min walk to the international airport as baggage drop off was 4.30am return flight in 8 days later 1am. 3 bedroom house great for 4 adults 2 kids everything we needed . Items to make hot drinks condiments if needed Price excellent
